Erin Beattie, Founder + CCO
With nearly 20 years of experience in communication and engagement, Erin has guided everyone from university presidents to grassroots changemakers, translating complex ideas into clear language. Her work is strategic, human-centred, and deeply rooted in values, systems thinking, and a belief that thoughtful communication can drive meaningful change.
A neurodivergent leader, cancer survivor, and lifelong empath, Erin brings lived experience alongside expertise. When she’s not honing her messaging or mapping strategy, you can find her reading something juicy, baking cozy treats, or wandering through the woods with her chocolate lab, Bear (see below)—nature is her compass, and words are her toolkit.
Barb Murphy, Designer + Project Manager
Barb is a Marketing and Communications Professional with over 25 years of experience. With a career spanning agency, corporate, and freelance roles, she combines creative design expertise with strong project management skills. She designs and produces polished publications and marketing materials, bridging creative vision with technical precision to ensure flawless results in print and digital formats. Known for her adaptability and collaborative style, Barb is a big-picture thinker who guides projects from concept to completion, balancing design, strategy, and process to achieve successful outcomes. Her work spans a wide range of sectors, including legal, non-profit, real estate, post-secondary education, entertainment, consumer products, and tourism.
Ben Beattie, Communications Coordinator
Ben is a communications coordinator with a strong interest in developing new skills in communications. He has gained a lot of valuable experience while travelling the world, including cultural awareness and adaptability. His background in sports has been beneficial, as he is eager to work as part of a team, able to stay focused under pressure, and has a results-driven mindset. Ben is excited to continue growing in this field, as he is ready to bring energy and dedication to every project
